Dr. Nirenberg, one of our podiatrists, has participated in research, publication and education in regard to the human foot.  Dr. Nirenberg is a Board Certified podiatric physician (ABMSP) and surgeon with over 30 years of experience in private practice.

He is also a forensic podiatrist and has assisted law enforcement in the analysis of footprints, footwear and gait (the way a person walks or runs). He is co-editor of the textbook “Forensic Gait Analysis: Principles and Practice” published by Taylor & Francis CRC Press. His forensic efforts have helped in criminal investigations. Currently, he is President of the American Society of Forensic Podiatry.
